Pertemps Exeter are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative for our client in Marsh Barton. Our client is the UK and Irelands leading vehicle glass repair and replacement company, they serve more than 1 million motorists a year. This assignment is for a minimum of 10 weeks.
You will need to have a full UK drivers' licence and be happy to jump in a van if required. Most of the work will be based in the Warehouse.
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Thursday 7am to 4pm
Friday 7am to 3.30pm
About the job role:
" Picking window screens ready for the technicians to fit
" Stock taking to ensure the warehouse is fully always stocked
" Supporting colleges with double handed picks if the windscreen is large
" General cleaning and sweeping around the warehouse
The ideal candidate would benefit from being able to communicate in written and spoken English to understand instructions and fulfil orders.
This role is working in a busy environment and involves you being on your feet most of the shift. Due to the nature of the position, you will need to be capable of standing and walking for long periods of time as well as bending and lifting in line with Health and Safety Regulations.
