An established award winning recruitment business in Leamington Spa is seeking a consultant to join their expanding team.
Full training provided.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, hardworking individual to join an established team. The role will include the full recruitment cycle of sales, customer service and related administration.
As a Recruitment Consultant your duties will include:
- Talking to and influencing decision makers at all levels.
- Working under the guidance of an established Branch Manager who will provide mentoring and ensure your personal development is tracked.
- Selling its service to them.
- Daily sales calls to prospective clients.
- Attending client meetings.
- Dealing with recruitment and management of staff.
To be a successful Recruitment Consultant you will have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent communication skills.
- A full UK driving license.
- A desire to deliver market-leading service to clients and candidates.
- Experience of selling to and influencing decision makers would be an advantage but is not essential.
In return, you will receive a salary of £23,000 per annum, an uncapped commission scheme, access to an award-winning share scheme and other benefits associated with a market leading commission package.
