Static HVAC Engineer – Southeast London – 44K
I am currently representing a excellent hard FM specialist who are on the lookout for a static HVAC engineer to join a site in South East London to provide maintenance of Air Conditioning Units with comprehensive working experience with VRV’s, VRF’s, FCU’s, Multi splits, Splits & AHU systems.
My client has Been operating for over 18 years with a Team of 70 plus operating within London and Home Counties in house engineers have full training and industry qualifications across all core AC, Refrigeration, Chiller, Heating, Plumbing and Electrical disciplines.
portfolio of customers which ranges in value from £5,000 to £2million. This would be to work in a hospital environment with candidates needing a clean DBS due to the client needing to take enhanced DBS checks. All candidates must have their FGAS Cat 1 and have experience working within the HVAC / Building Services sector.
Package:
- 40 – 44K
- 8 – 5 hours
- Uniform, PPE & specialist tools provided.
- 23 days holidays plus bank.
- No call out rota
