We’re excited to share an amazing opportunity for career growth with a well-established office in Tewkesbury.

We’re looking for a talented individual to join the team as an IT Service Desk Engineer. If you’ve got experience in a similar role and you’re eager to take your career to the next level, then we’d love to hear from you!

This is a full-time permanent position with a salary of up to 32k per year.

 

Here’s what you’ll need:

- Previous experience working on a service desk, both in person and remotely.

- Knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Active Directory, and Group Policy.

- Experience setting up computer hardware, software, networks, and printers.

 

What you’ll be doing:

- Providing support and troubleshooting for applications, IT equipment, and networks.

- Responding promptly to service issues and requests and escalating when needed.

- Monitoring critical systems and acting as required.

- Managing the Joiners/Movers/Leavers process.

- Deploying and configuring software, workstations, printers, and more.

- Providing documentation, support, guidance, and training to the team.

- Assisting with IT projects as needed.

- Occasionally conducting site visits.
