Pertemps Sheffield are excited to share with you another opportunity based in the Sheffield S1 area.
Our well established client, is looking for a 'Resident Advisor' to join their team for a minimum of 1 month - however, due to recent workloads, this assignment is likely to be longer.
Job Details:
Our client's resident advisors will be solely responsible for;
- Chasing resident arrears
- Keeping arrear tracker up to date
- Call Handling
- Emailing residents / prospect residents
- Door knocking residents and guarantors
- Referring debt to the relevant third party
- General Sales & promotions
- General Customer service & administration
- Parcel management
- Social media & event planning.
Project Details:
- Working Hours: 9.00am – 5.30pm
- Working Week: Monday – Friday (No weekends)
- Time of Arrival on first day: 10am
- Duration of project/assignment: 1 month minimum - likely to be longer due to recent workloads.
- Hourly Rate: £11.44ph - £11.45ph
Our client is interested in potential candidates that have had work experience or employment history in the construction or property industry.
