Are you a Recruitment Consultant looking to join a small team of experienced consultants and administrators? Do you have the potential to work on a busy, well-established desk and develop your own new business? At Pertemps Exeter we cover a range of sectors - driving & logistics, industrial (warehouse, production operatives), commercial and technical & engineering.
- Office located in EX2 – Next to Sowton park and ride, walking distance from Digby & Sowton train station or free parking is available on site
- £25,000 - £28,000 per annum basic, depending on experience
- Uncapped monthly commission on temp and perm revenue, with NO threshold to break before you start to earn!
- £250 per quarter target-related bonus.
- Company car + fuel card after qualifying period.
- 24 days holiday per year (+ Bank holidays) PLUS your birthday off!
- Earn an extra day of annual leave for each calendar year you work, for up to 5 years
- Support to achieve professional qualifications (REC/IRP)
About the job
- Managing and building relationships with our active client base and their key contacts.
- Developing your own new business – with a focus on quality over quantity.
- Recruiting, interviewing and managing temporary workers.
- Dealing with payroll for temporary workers and invoicing clients.
- Regularly visiting clients to gain new business and maintain relationships.
The right candidate
- Previous experience in a recruitment in any sector or job role - temp, perm, contracts, internal etc
- Excellent teamworking skills
- IT literate
- Ability to communicate with colleagues, candidates and clients at all levels
