I am working with a construction company located in Knowsley who are looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join their team. They are offering up to £27,000 per annum, 23 days holiday plus bank holiday, pension contributions, free parking, training and development, great work culture, tickets to Anfield, regular staff events and much more.

In the role of Purchasing Administrator, your main responsibilities will include:

- Assisting the Purchasing team with purchase orders, order tracking, delivery management

- Engaging with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate data is collected and input into the CRM systems

- Using CRM systems to upload delivery and purchase notes

- Keeping records up to date and ensuring that correct data is input into the system

- Assisting the Purchasing Manager with ad-hoc duties such as email, diary and paperwork management

- Completing regular stock checks and ensuring the correct amount of stock is inline with online data

To be successful in the role of Purchasing Administrator, you will hopefully have:

- Experience of working within a purchasing function

- Experience of 3+ years within Administrator

- Understanding of internal CRM systems

- Have a passion for the construction industry

- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

- Willingness to progress and grow within an organisation
