HR Reward/Data Analyst!

£60,000-£65,000 Pro-rota

Part-time-3 or 4 days per week, 2 days office and 1/2 day home working

With this newly created role you could have the opportunity to take the Summer off and then have new part-time HR Reward/Data Analyst position to start at the end of the Summer period.

You will work in a small dynamic HR team at this leading corporate company nestled in the heart of the City, you'll embark on a fulfilling journey where your Reward/Data Analyst expertise will shine.

Position Overview:

As a Part-time HR Reward/Data Analyst, you'll be instrumental in driving their HR initiatives forward. Reporting directly to the Head of HR/People, you'll immerse yourself in data reporting, compliance policies, and ensuring top-notch data quality and analysis.

Work Environment:

- Part-time basis: 2 days in-office, 1 or 2 day's remote

- Prime location in the heart of the City

Key Responsibilities:

- Data/Reward Analysis of Payroll, Benefits, Bonuses , Annual reviews etc

- Collaborate with the HR assistant to input new starter informationAssist in preparing annual salary reviews, performance bonuses, and profit commission spreadsheets

- Liaise closely with payroll to ensure accurate capture of adjustments

- Serve as a primary contact for Cascade Payroll and other data systems

- Conduct benchmarking surveys

- Support completion of market policies and practices, including gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting

- Coordinate the charitty committee's spend and document

About You:

- Proficient in file and data management

- Ability to analyse Data is a must

- Highly Numerate

- Strong organisational and HR/data analysis skills

- Knowledge or Regulatory/Reporting

- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Ideally Cascade or a similar system

- Thorough knowledge of company /compliance policies and procedures

- Strong planning, communication /interpersonal skills required

- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills: Cascade experience is a plus or experience of other HR Data systems
