Salary: £18,000 - £23,000
Location: NG9, Bramcote
Working hours: 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays 09:00 – 14:00

Job Role:
- Conduct routine inspections of lettings properties.
- Conduct inventories on properties before tenants move in and once they have moved out.
- Manage your busy diary effectively.
- Communicate clearly with all key stakeholders.
- Organising any maintenance and works where necessary.
Key Skills & Qualities:
- Excellent attention to detail is imperative.
- Impeccable time management.
- Great organisational skills.
- Friendly and positive attitude.
- Desire to learn, develop your skills and grow your career.
- Full, clean, UK drivers license required.
