I have a new opportunity for an experienced project manager to join a reputable development business who specialise in open market and affordable residential projects. Building a quality a product, across low volume sites, this company pride them selves on their high quality build and customer satisfaction.
Now in the market for a project manager due to successful and planned growth and a number of sites starting. Initially you will be involved with pre construction work prior to the commencement of the site. Duties: Site set up, setting up construction plans, health and safety, construction management plans, CEMP. As well as being involved in the tender process, managing enquiries, subcontractor selection, and reviewing their health and safety plans. Overseeing section agreements such as, road works and drainage etc.
The site is due to start in circa 3 months time of around 40 units, on site commencement you will be based on site full time and manage the day to day running of the scheme, in a typical pm role, and report to the director on progress, health and safety, programming, whilst managing the wider team, and later having support from a finishing foreman.
This is an exciting opportunity to be involved from the very start, and set up a site yourself and see it through to successful hand over and completion, further local sites in the area, offering stability, long term work and a competitive salary!
