We have an exciting opportunity to work as a part of the Little Moons team, we are recruiting for Production Operatives on three different shifts. There is 06:00AM-14:00PM, 14:00PM-22:00PM and 22:00PM-06.00AM. Working as a part of the Production team, adhering to all company policies and procedures. To also ensure that the designated tasks carried out to the Team Leader / Shift Manager’s instructions and that the product is produced and packed according to the daily production / packing plan and to the high standards expected by Little Moons Ltd and its customers. 

 

Key Responsibilities Role:

- To ensure all Health and Safety policies and procedures are followed at all times and to report any near misses and accidents.

- To ensure company Food Safety and Quality procedures are followed at all times and to escalate any food safety near misses/issues.

- To follow the HACCP policy at all times, and that CCP checks are carried out in a set timely manner and recorded correctly.

- To carry out machine inspection throughout the shift and report any deficiencies or defects to the Technical Operator or Team Leader if found.

- To follow the production schedule to fulfil daily / weekly production plan on time and communicate the schedule with the team members.

- To keep all lines supplied with material continuously throughout the production run.

- To follow change over schedules set by the Technical Operator or Team Leader.

- To ensure adherence to task related SOP`s.

- To carry out the changeovers of products in a safe and hygienic manner by following the cleaning procedures.

- To identify any issues that could impact the production performance and seek to resolve them using practical problem-solving methods.

- To ensure paperwork is completed on time and in full which form a key part of our trace ability system.

- To escalate and report through the proper channels any deviation from standard routines in your area and equipment.

Pay:

Entry Level at £12.50/hour with the possibility of moving to Skilled Operative at £13.00 / hour once fully trained up (normally no longer than 7 months) or moving to Technician at £13.52 / hour.
