What does the job entail?
On behalf of Warwickshire County Council, Pertemps Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Part-time Administrator to join their Music team. This is a high-profile post and would be an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain more experience as an Administrator within a Local Authority.
You will achieve this by:
- Management of stock movement in and out of the Warehouse
- Logging musical instruments onto the WCC system
- Asset tagging of instruments
What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?
- Proven experience as an administrator
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
