The Company:
Pertemps are recruiting for a Receptionist on a temporary ongoing basis, on behalf of a company in the local area.
The role:
Undertake the smooth running of a busy reception area. Being the first point of contact for face-to-face and telephone enquiries. Carrying out general office administration duties.
Main responsibilities:
- Excellent communication skills—verbal
- Good knowledge and understanding in using computers.
- Microsoft Office skills—Outlook, Word, and Excel
- First point of contact for enquiries both face-to-face and on the telephone for clients, professional contacts
- Showing new customers around the office spaces
- Ensuring front of house areas are always clean and tidy.
- Be confident working independently, demonstrating good initiative and be a strong problem solver.
- Diplomatic, friendly, and approachable
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
- General office administration duties—filing, photocopying, scanning etc.,
- Promoting the company on Facebook.
Hours of work:
9.30am-3pm Monday to Friday
£12 p/hour
