Pertemps Kettering are recruiting on behalf of our client looking for someone to join a dynamic and enthusiastic team propelling their online business to new heights. The team manages eight ecommerce websites in the UK and Germany, as well as six additional non-transactional sites for their brands. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate online marketer to work across various online marketing channels, including content creation, SEO, and email marketing.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain websites by regularly updating content to ensure relevance, engagement, and conversion optimisation.

- Write product descriptions and content for websites.

- Edit and upload images.

- Develop and manage online brand competitions.

- Optimise content and implement SEO agency recommendations to boost organic traffic and sales.

- Create, test, and send marketing email campaigns.

- Collaborate with the Marketing team to align online, offline, and PR activities.

- Coordinate with the Merchandising team to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with stock levels to maximise conversions.

- Work with in-house translators to update website content and marketing campaigns for German and French sites.

- Report on website and email campaign performance.

- Collaborate with third-party agencies to address and resolve online issues.

QUALIFYING CRITERIA

Required Competencies

- Creativity with strong copy writing skills and a keen eye for graphic design.

- Excellent attention to detail.

- Confidence in working independently and as part of a team.

- Organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and take initiative.

- Good communication skills.

Experience

- Marketing and/or retail/fashion industry experience. Online marketing experience is highly advantageous but not essential.

- Ideally degree-educated to a 2:1 or above, preferably in a marketing-related course.

- Proficiency in copy writing.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Preferably experienced with website CMS, Photoshop, and Google Analytics.

HOURS

Monday - Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Friday: 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM
