Position: Machine Operator (Corby)
Location: Corby,
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Salary: Starting at £11.44 per hour, with increase after completion of training for Line Leader position.
Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment.
- Maintain quality standards and production targets.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist with training new team members as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a machine operator is required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be comfortable working in a clean warehouse environment and wearing PPE.
