Inventory Manager
£31,200 per annum
South Birmingham
Mon - Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)
We're seeking an Inventory Manager to drive efficiency within our multi-client Fulfilment Centre (CFC). Your role will involve maximizing warehouse space to accommodate CFC growth and seamless onboarding within a multi-user site.
The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office, enabling them to generate actionable insights from data. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering cost-effective, high-quality services to our customers by overseeing stock integrity and refining stock processes onsite.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage inventory across all customers at the Consumer Fulfilment Centre.
- Set and achieve Inventory KPI targets to meet business and customer needs.
- Ensure stock accuracy and minimise losses through error investigation and resolution.
- Assist onsite Management in customer reviews and provide inventory reports.
- Use trend analysis to identify and address potential loss areas.
- Encourage staff involvement in process improvement and teamwork.
- Build relationships with customers to understand business drivers and create improvement plans.
- Utilise Warehouse Management Systems for process improvements.
- Conduct site tours and presentations for customers.
Key requirements:
- PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Expertise in warehouse management systems
- KPI development and understanding
- Knowledge of Health & Safety practices
- Project management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and driven
