Job Title: Sewing Technician
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Inspect cut work against patterns for accuracy
- Verify fabric alignment and placements according to patterns
- Stitch sample items to precise specifications, providing feedback to supervisors for enhancements
- Interpret and follow detailed breakdowns
- Ensure parts meet factory standards
- Trim excess materials and assess quality
- Take accurate measurements of finished items

- Proficient sewing skills (training provided)
- Strong communication skills
- Deep understanding of quality standards

- Organizational and administrative proficiency
- Basic knowledge of Excel and computer operations
