Job Role: HR Business Partner
Salary: £40k-£43k
Location: Leicester
Monday-Friday ( HYBRID options)

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business performance.
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance on a range of topics including employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
- Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Coach and mentor managers on effective people management practices.

What We\'re Looking For:
- CIPD qualified with a strong background in HR management.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
