Exciting Opportunity: HR Advisor

Are you a talented and motivated Human Resources Advisor looking for your next challenge? We're in search of a skilled individual to join our clients team. As the HR Advisor, you'll play a vital role in providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to both employees and management. This position is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR systems and records.

- Compile and analyse HR data, creating Excel spreadsheets for reporting purposes.

- Develop job descriptions and person specifications.

- Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, screening CVs, conducting interviews, and liaising with recruitment agencies.

- Issue offer letters and employee contracts.

- Facilitate the induction process for new employees.

- Ensure completion of new starter paperwork and provide relevant information to Payroll.

- Manage the HR inbox and respond to HR-related queries.

- Coordinate with agencies for the organization of Agency staff.

- Administer starter/leaver processes.

- Lead formal meetings such as disciplinary, grievances, and flexible working applications.

- Organize HR documents for meetings and advise on HR-related matters.

- Liaise with Payroll regarding employee information and absences.

- Support in revising Company policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.

- Respond to reference requests and maintain personnel files.

- Provide support to Payroll when required.

About You:

- Previous experience in a HR environment.

- Familiarity with the full recruitment and selection cycle.

- Advanced Excel skills, including Macros, complex formulas, V-Lookups, and data manipulation.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to take accountability and influence matters.

- Organized with a conscientious working approach.

- Proactive, with a can-do attitude and ability to think outside the box.

- Up-to-date knowledge of legislation.

- Confident and able to work under pressure.
