Pertemps Sheffield are currently recruiting for enthusiastic individuals to join the team of one of our long-standing clients, Royal Mail, as a High-Volume Recruiter.
The role will involve providing an end-to-end recruitment service, from responding to a requisition that has been raised by a hiring manager in the recruitment system, to the point of a verbal offer to an appropriate candidate. You will build up strong relationships with senior stakeholders in the business, recruiting for Royal Mail’s Posties, Drivers, and Mail Sorters.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Prior recruitment experience would be ideal, however this is not a necessity
- Strong desire to deliver excellent outcomes for the customer, prioritise workloads and hit personal and team related targets
- Excellent planning and time management skills, so you can juggle conflicting prioritise and escalate where appropriate
- Excellent interpersonal, telephone and written skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to problem solve
- Good computer and analytical skills including Excel
Working Hours, Pay Rate and Other Information:
The role is being offered on a temporary contract for around 2-3 months. You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, on a rota of 5 out of 7 days, meaning weekends may be included at times. Your start and finish times are flexible, meaning you’re able to start and finish anytime between 7am and 7pm.
After the initial 2 weeks which will be based solely in the office, you will have the freedom to work from home up to 2 days per week if you’d like.
The rate of pay for this role is being offered at £13.41 per hour.
