Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation in all culinary offerings.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of kitchen staff to deliver consistently exceptional results.
- Manage inventory, budgets, and procurement to optimize cost-efficiency without compromising quality.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-volume and dynamic environment.

- Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to motivate and develop a team.
