Fleet Administrator
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000
Location: Chesterfield

Then this is the career for you!
You’ll be a key part in a team of 4 for a major gas company across the UK. Whilst based at Head Office, you’ll have the opportunity to travel between multiple depots across the country gaining valuable insight into how an established gas company functions.
Essentially, you’ll have main oversight of the fleet and driving functions. Taking high attention to compliance when handling key components in the process including:
- Maintaining vehicle files, fuel cards, vehicle defect logs and no-access logs
- Driving license checks through use of a bespoke system
- Validating truck visits ensuring customers have been visited
Along with previous experience in an administration role, you’ll need excellent attention to detail, and organisational skills to thrive in this role. It’s also preferred if you have active knowledge of fleet, transport and logistics. Further to this, you’ll need:
- An open mindset with a love to learn new things
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle difficult situations
- A full UK driving license
