An excellent opportunity has arisen for an English graduate who has an interest in teaching and is interested in gaining paid secondary school experience from September through working as a Graduate teaching assistant.
This high achieving Hackney based secondary school are looking for an English Graduate to join the support staff team from September to work as a graduate teaching assistant.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate who is eager to develop their existing experience with young people in a secondary school setting in anticipation for commencing teacher training in the near future.
This Graduate teaching assistant role is a full time post and will commence in September - July 2022. Through working as a teaching assistant you will get the opportunity to gain invaluable school experience. Graduates work closely with students with Special Educational Needs from year 7 - year 11 and get the opportunity to work closely with various teachers which gives you the opportunity to observe different teaching styles and techniques.
The school based in Hackney East London is a supportive environment where graduates who have an interest in becoming teachers are given the opportunity to thrive.
The school are eager to hear from English Graduates who have a passion for teaching and have some form of recent experience with young people. You may have gained this experience a number of ways such as tutoring, youth work, overseas teaching, University placements, sports coaching, youth work……..
