Electromechanical fitter required for a multi-national engineering company who specialise in motors, generators, pumps, gearboxes and other rotating machinery.
- £33,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Free parking on site
- Based in Bristol, Avonmouth- BS11
About the job
- Dismantling, rebuild and refurbishment of pumps, gearboxes, motors, generators and similar equipment
- Repairs to rotating equipment
- Fault finding of industrial electro-mechanical equipment
- Ensuring all inspection and assembly documentation is completed
- Working on site and in the workshop when required
The right candidate
- Mechanical time-served and indentured to ONC & HNC, NVQ, or equivalent qualifications
- Experience with pumps, gearboxes, motors and fans
- Strong engineering background in a similar environment
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
