A fantastic opportunity for a driven and dynamic Data Administrator to join a reputable family-run Ecommerce business at an exciting time of growth with huge development potential.

Salary up to £30,000 (depending on experience)

Contract: Permanent, full time

Hours: 40 hours per week, Mondays to Friday

Location: You must be Bristol-based as this role requires you to work on-site in their St Werburghs offices (opportunity for Hybrid working after training and probation)

The Data Administrator role:

- Support with data analysis and marketing projects

- Exporting, updating and importing data into the ERP system

- Creating new products within the system and maintaining existing sku's

- Analysing product sales, returns and purchasing trends to maximise stock availability whilst achieving high stock turns and reducing overall inventory cost

- Reviewing and adjusting inventory stock levels, re-order points and quantities

- Maintaining product pricing including customer special pricing terms

- Liaising with the digital team to assist with online business as well as coordinating with branch managers to support stock profiling and management activities

- Some general business administration activities

Key Attributes and Experience Required:

- Strong Excel and a good head for numbers and data.

- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous however full training is provided.

- Excellent initiative, productivity and willing to get stuck in

- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy, and a determination to get the job done well
