Customer Service Advisor / Receptionist
Stockport
£11.50 per hour
Do you have previous phone experience and enjoy building relationships with customers?
Can you answer queries whilst updating internal computer systems?
Are you available for an immediate start?
This is a great opportunity to work for one of Europe’s leading car dealerships, in a busy office environment and answer incoming customer calls, handle queries, take messages, book appointments and provide updates whilst maintaining customer records on an internal CRM.
Applicants need to have a confident phone manner, be available for an immediate start and flexibility with working hours. Initial shifts will be Monday to Friday 10am – 3pm although this will potentially increase to full days between 8am and 6pm.
