Compliance Admin Clerk
Location: Bury, Radcliffe, Manchester
Salary: c£26,935 (average, inclusive of any weekend premiums) + Overtime Available £11.98 Per Hour
Job Description: Rapier Employment are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our client as a Compliance Admin Clerk on the AM shift. This position offers competitive compensation, including night shift and weekend premiums, with an average salary of c£26,935 per annum.
Role responsibilities:
- Assist compliance manager with keeping vehicle history files up to date and organised.
- Liaise with service providers to get defect work/services booked or chase information on current VORs.
- Complete defect reports/VOR reports
- Update Tachomaster and DHLs internal compliance portal with any changes in fleet.
Shift details:
- Any 5 from 7 (generally mon-fri with 2 weekend days per month)
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in transport coordination or a related field is preferred.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts and weekends as required.
