Cleaning Operative
Location: Waltham Abbey, EN9
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 15–20 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Working Pattern: 3–4 hours per day, Monday to Friday. Start and finish times will be agreed with the successful candidate before they begin.

Looking for a part-time cleaning role with regular weekday hours?Centric Talent is currently recruiting for a Cleaning Operative to join our client's established team based at their busy warehouse facility in Waltham Abbey.
Our client is one of the UK'sleading distributors of bathroom, kitchen and plumbing products, supplying major retailers across the UK. They are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
The client is looking for someone to work 3 to 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday. Your working hours will be agreed before you start, allowing you and the client to agree a schedule that works for both parties. Once agreed, these will become your regular working hours.

The Role
As a Cleaning Operative, your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning office areas to a high standard
- Maintaining communal areas, including toilets, kitchens, corridors and staff facilities
- Cleaning and maintaining the showroom
- Emptying waste bins and disposing of waste correctly
- Carrying out general warehouse cleaning duties where required
- Ensuring all cleaning duties are completed in line with health and safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean, safe and professional working environment at all times
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous commercial cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)
- Takes pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Can work independently and use their own initiative
- Is reliable, punctual and has a positive attitude
- Works well as part of a team
- Has good communication skills
