Centric Talent are currently recruiting for our client who is a market-leading debt recovery law firm. 

We are recruiting call handlers on their behalf, to work in their expanding call centre team in Warrington town centre.

You will be working for a high-end, well-known firm that provides its employees with excellent career progression opportunities from day one. 

Call Handler: Individual Requirements 

- Previous call centre experience (12 months minimum)

- Experience in collections an advantage 

- The ability to work alone and as part of a larger team

- The ability to work under pressure

- The skills to manage demanding situations with complete professionalism

- You must be free from CCJs/Adverse credit

- The ability to demonstrate empathy and still achieve targets 

If you have telephone-based debt recovery experience, this would also be advantageous. 

 

Call Handler: Role & Responsibilities

- Managing inbound calls regarding customer accounts, with the ability to build a strong rapport with customers 

- Creating manageable & affordable payment plans with customers 

- Updating customer profiles with change of circumstance details 

- Following company process at all times 

- Addressing any missed/overdue payments on customer accounts

- Identifying potentially vulnerable customers and handling their case accordingly 

Salary Information 

Basc Starting Salary £23,460 with potential to increase to £28k based on preformance.

Call Handler: Working Hours 

Your working hours are based on a 2-week rota which is as follows: 

Week 1

Monday to Thursday - 08:00 - 16:30 

Friday - 08:00 - 16:00

Week 2

Monday to Thursday - 09:30 - 18:00

Friday - 09:00 - 17:00
