Are you an experienced Senior/Associate Architect seeking the next step in your career?

Whether you're an experienced Senior / Associate Architect with aspirations to transition into a Design Director role and ultimately lead the company, or you're an established Associate/Director pursuing a new challenge, this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you.

Key responsibilities include managing a team of 10 Architects and Architectural Technicians, overseeing project delivery, and demonstrating excellence in conceptual design and outstanding leadership abilities.

The consultancy are a small multi-disciplinary working across Planning, Architecture and Lanscape Design. This is an excellent opportunity to excel your career to the next level with a reputable company working in prestigious projects within mainly bespoke residential.  

Responsibilities – Qualified Architect

- Project Delivery

- Assisting with design development, product information

- Creating presentation drawings and 3D visuals/renders

- Liaising Clients to understand their business goals

- Working towards the latest building regulations and technical standards

- Managing planning applications, and building regulations

- Solving any issues that may arise

- Working towards fixed budgets and times deadlines

- Assist on planning applications and appeals

- Visit site for inspections

- Assist in business development

- Project delivery across all RIBA stages

- Recognised RIBA Part III qualification

- Excellent communicator, ambition and willingness

- Knowledge of UK best practice standards and UK experience

- Experience of ArchiCAD would be desirable however not essential
