Pay rate: £12.18ph
Duration: temporary for 5 weeks (potential to be extended)

What does the job entail?
On behalf of Warwickshire County Council, Pertemps Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join their School Admission Appeals team in Warwick. This is a high-profile post and would be an ideal opportunity for someone who has strong experience with Microsoft Teams that is looking to gain experience of working for the Council.
You will achieve this by:
- To organise Microsoft Teams meetings and in liaison with other relevant officers and outside agencies / bodies and take minutes /notes as required.
- To operate routine administrative systems and procedures within the team that specifically supports the operation of the service area.
What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?
- Previous experience as an administrative or similar in an office environment
- Advanced knowledge of MS Teams
- Minute taking experience is preferred
- Passionate about delivering first class customer service
- A good level of emotional intelligence
- Able to prioritize own workload
