Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Maternity Cover)

Location: Peterbourogh PE7

About Us: We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide maternity cover. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to our success.

Position Overview: We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to handle general administrative tasks, including filing, responding to emails, and processing sales and purchase invoices on an ad hoc basis. Proficiency in Excel is preferred, as the role involves data tracking. This is a part-time position, ideally suited for someone who can work during school hours or two to three full days per week.

Responsibilities:

- Manage general administrative duties such as filing, organizing documents, and responding to emails

- Process ad hoc sales invoices and purchase invoices

- Utilize Excel for data tracking and basic reporting tasks

- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule:

- Part-time position

- School hours or two to three full days a week

- Schedule can be discussed further based on mutual agreement
