Account Co-ordinator - 6 Month Contract
Pertemps Aylesbury are currently recruiting for a Account Co-ordinator for a 6 month contract for our client based in Aylesbury.
As an Account Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for assisting with 4 Account Managers with the arranging of events start to end.
Salary: £25,000-£27,000 (DOE)
Hours: 8am-4pm/9am-5pm Office based work.
Duties:
- Liaising with clients daily to organise events from enquiry through to completion
- Understanding the market and clients' requirements and how they like to work
- Managing a large volume of information and processing through various contract means i.e. phone, emails, and other platforms.
- Working closely with account managers to prepare questions, presentations and learning about budgets and profit margins.
- Organising and managing all event logistics, arranging equipment, booking transport, sourcing, and booking accommodation and travel.
- Daily communication with internal departments.
Requirements:
- IT Literate
- Great organisational skills
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Great telephone skills
- Your own transport due to the location of work
