Job Title: Shop Floor Assistant
Location: Manchester
Pay Rate: £12.21p/h
Hours: Full Time hours - 35 hours a week
Week 1 - Monday to Wednesday10am to 5.30pm, Thursday 10am to 5.45pm, Friday 9am to 4.15pm.
Week 2 - Mon to Wed 11am to 6.30pm, Thursday 11.15am to 6.30pm, Sunday 9am to 4.15pm.
Experience: Minimum 6 months experience required
Contract: Temp to Perm (after 12 weeks)
Assist Resourcing are looking for Shop Floor Assistants in Manchester to work with our client, who is the largest non-food wholesaler in the UK.
You must have between 6 and 12 months experience in a similar type of role for your application to be considered.

Hours: Full-time hours
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Stock replenishment
- Use of industrial warehouse ladders
- Working at height
- Customer Service - helping Customers find items across the store
- Order picking and labelling items
- Unloading stock
- This is a very manual job and there is heavy lifting required
- Replenishing stock
This role may require other duties, so it would be beneficial if you were flexible and willing to learn new skills.
About you:
You will be physically fit and able to lift and move heavy items throughout your working day. You must have 6 months previous experience in a similar type of role.
You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.
