Position: Front of House Attendant
Location: Burton-on-Trent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Salary: £25,396 per annum

About the Role:
This is a full-time, customer-facing position where you’ll act as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm welcome and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the front-of-house area. The ideal candidate will be personable, reliable, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Handling incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries accordingly
- Conducting stock checks and managing allocation
- Assisting with the unloading and organisation of deliveries
- Providing general administrative and operational support as required
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised front-of-house area
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a front-of-house or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using a telephone and basic computer systems
