Job Title: Sales Negotiator
Starting Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 basic + an extremely competitive commission, bonus and benefits package
Working hours are 09:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday, with every other Saturday 09:00 – 13:00
Location: LE65, Leicestershire

Job Role
Your key responsibilities as a Sales Negotiator include but are not limited to:
- Manage a portfolio of properties, booking viewings, registering applicants and managing your diary.
- Negotiating offers.
- Upselling and cross-selling other services.
- Identifying and capitalising any opportunities to maximise sales.
- Build strong relationships with applicants.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator.
- Impeccable communication skills with the ability to build strong, long-term relationships.
- A proactive and results-driven approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Full UK driving licence and car.
