Rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Planner to join a growing planning consultancy based just outside of Exeter.
You will assist the team in putting together and submitting successful planning applications for a wide variety of clients.
You will ideally have at least 3 plus years industry experience and be chartered or working towards your RTPI. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team and learn / progress within a reputable environment.
Responsibilities / Requirements
- Processing of planning, listed building applications and all other planning matters
- Site inspections
- client consultations, working to timescales and agreed targets
- Dealing with post decision matters, discharge of conditions, re submissions and amendments
- Be the first point of contact for clients and handling all planning relation queries
- Preparing client representations for planning appeals and deal with negotiations
- You will need to have a full driving licence
- Have a relevant degree within Planning plus at least 3 + years experienced within the UK
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Enthusitic and ambitious
