Part time Maintenance Technician required for student accommodation in central Bristol – BS1
- £15 per hour
- 16 hours per week, split over 3 days
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, between 9am - 5pm
About the role
- Minor reactive repairs
- Carrying out planned maintenance works
- Painting and decorating
- Health and safety checks
- Grounds maintenance - gardening, refuse & recycling management etc
- The installation of white goods
- Carrying out visual PAT testing
- Changing plugs and fuses
- Minor plumbing tasks.
The right candidate
- Excellent communication skills, as you will be working within residents’ living spaces
- Confident in your ability to undertake general maintenance works, including minor electrical maintenance
