Architect, Bristol £35k - £44k DOE – 6 month contract (potential to go permanent)

Opportunity for a qualified Architect to join an International Architectural and Masterplanning consultancy based in the Bristol office.
The role would suit a qualified Architect with a few years post qualification experience, delivering projects through all RIBA stages and proficient in Revit in a variety of sectors. The practice is a top 100 practice within architecture and heritage.
Due to an influx of work and deadlines, this position is currently a 6 month contract, although there is potential for it turn permanent.
Role and responsibilities:
- Part 3 qualified ARB / RIBA
- Previous UK based post qualification experience
- Project delivery through all RIBA stages
- Working knowledge of delivering complex projects
- Proficiency in Revit
- Technical experience RIBA Stages 3 / 4 and 5 on site experience Managing and development
- Leading and managing a team
- Familiar of Passivhaus and current BREEAM standards
- Excellent communication and delegation skills
